Igår var jag dock sjukt pepp när jag var på gymmet. Det är jag oftast. Gymmet och träningen är min fristad. Det är där jag laddar upp, samlar energi och inte tänker på något annat än att få upp pulsen och svettas.
Så länge jag kommer prioritera kvalitetstid med folk, träning och nedvarvning ska jag nog komma i balans igen :)
Translation:
Man, there's so much going on now. A lot to do, a lot of places to be, working, sleeping, eating and all the normal stuff you need to do everyday. Then I wanna have time to workout, I wanna have time to read all the health-related books I got and I wanna have quality time with Andreas and with friends and family. I need time to relax and to just sit infront of the TV or computer for hours and do nothing. But a day is only 24 hours and I would defintely like more of those right now.
Yesterday I was so excited to hit the gym, though. I am most of the time. The gym and working out is my sanctuary. It's where I charge my batteries, gather strenght and don't have to think about anything else other than to get that heart rate up and break a sweat.
As long as spending time with close ones, working out and relaxing is on my priority list I'm sure I'll get into balance again :)

I'm with you on needing more time!! I feel like I'm running nonstop to fit everything in and that includes getting up by 5am to get my workout out of the way early!
