Igår sprang jag till exempel till en lekplats här i närheten och lekte (tränade) där. Superkul och och en rolig grej om man inte känner för att ta sig till gymmet liksom!

Training should be fun and varied! Right? I mean, let's face it, it will get boring if you're gonna do the same thing every day, every week and every year. No fun and no good for the body.
Our bodies want to be shocked and challenged! You need to work those stability muscles that work when you're out of balance and even though we might not want to work on the things we're bad at (coz it's more fun to do stuff you're good at- obviously!) we can't forget that it's more important to work on the things we need to work on (haha sounds obvious). But right? Are u guys with me?!
So go out there- challenge yourself, try new running routes and skip those bicep curls and do some real pushups or maybe pullups/chins instead! A lot more functional and you'll get a workout for the entire body, not just a single muscle :)
Yesterday I ran to a playground nearby and played some (worked out...). Super fun and nice when you might not feel like going to the gym, ya know :)
