Imorgon står det kostrådgivning och cirkel/parträning på schemat innan hemfärd!
Det bästa med denna vecka är att jag ju ska tillbaka till Linköping i helgen redan då jag och 3 till i klassen ska köra Idrottslabbets Fysprofilen. Har skrivit om det någon gång innan, men vi ska iaf göra en hel drös med tester (bland annat Coopers test, Harres test, test i olika styrkeövningar som chins och dips mm) och det kommer bli GRYMT!!
Alltså jag kan inte fatta att det bara sen är 2 omgångar kvar (nästa i april då vi ska ha teoretiskt prov och PT-sessions) och sen avslutningen i Juni då det praktiska och slutgiltiga provet är- MY GOD!! Så nu börjar en period med stenhårt plugg! Alltså verkligen! Peppa, peppa, peppa!!!! :D

Well hello hello! Last day in school tomorrow (its always sad when the days are close to the end) and this time we have been learning about cardio training, sports nutrition, running technique/running style analysis, mindfulnes and yoga! And as always I'm just lovinf it all and the teachers are awesome!
Tomorrow it's time for "diet coaching/nutrition advice" and couples workout/circuit training. I'm 100% sure it's gonna be a good day!
The good thing about this week is that I'll be back in Linköping this weekend already! I think I've mentioned it before but I'm gonna do some major tests- one of my teachers work at a sports lab where they do all these tests like Coopers test, V02 Max, HR max and bunch of other tests, like chins and dips. It'll be such a fun and learning weekend!! I cannot wait!
Man I just can't believe it's only 2 more times in school and then I'll be done and a certified personal trainer (hopefully!!!) It's crazy! Next time will be a big written test and the last time will be a practical test where we will actually train a person and show bunch of workouts and so on.
So ya'll know what I'll be doing from here on out- studying!! Haha. Go, go, go!! :D
