Morning workout :)

Var uppe med tuppen idag (min tupp vaknade 7.30) och begav mig till gymmet på en gång. Ojojoj, vilket pass! Svettades som en gris :D jag brukar ju alltid göra träningsschema till mina pass men idag gick dit och bara körde det jag kände för :) crosstrainer, cykling, rodd, marklyft, mage, rygg. Ah lite så, och det var nice som tusan :) 

Translation:
I was up at 7.30am today and headed straight to the gym. Man, what-a-workout! It was awesome! 
Usually I always write down a workout before I go there, but today I did not and just did what I felt like doing at the moment :) crosstrainer, biking, rowing, deadlifts, situps, back. So nice :)
